Description: |
The purpose of the this synopsis is to announce the
Governments intent for Construction work as follow:
renovation as well as an addition to match Building 7, at
the Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune NC. The project will
include demolition, new construction, plumbing, HVAC,
electrical, fire protection renovations, associated
finishes, and incidental related work. The proposed
contract will be Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside with a North
American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of
236220 and Size Standard of $33.5 Million.
