Description: |
Seminole County is soliciting the services of a State of Florida Certified General Contractor for site improvements to Wilson's Landing Park 387 Malakean Trail, Sanford Fl 32771. The Contractor shall be experienced in site and shoreline development and pavilion construction. The project scope includes pre-fab pavilion construction with utilities, site amenities such as benches and receptacles to be installed, site work to include shoreline stabilization, permeable sidewalks and retention areas.
