Description: Remove the old bar and wood slat ceiling above, the bar and the side wood panels at each end of the bar. Remove the back bar cabinets and mirrors. The materials will be removed and trashed out. Disconnect the electrical and plumbing from the back of the bar and the back bar cabinets as needed. The plumber and electric will have access to the electrical panels and water shut offs. Give your estimate based on the field condition that can be seen, once the bar is removed we can give access if further work is necessary. Repair and replace the drywall as needed in this area, and prep for paint. Prep the floor for carpet,( fill the drain holes as needed. Paint and wall paper. This shall includes commercial grade wall paper from the corner of the radius panel around to the utility room doors. This includes the painting of the door frames (2 door s and doors), and the bulkhead. Remove and replace carpet. New drop ceiling to match existing, 340 sq feet. 1 EA 002 Phase 2 - Remove the TV cabinet, side benches, wainscot from the wall on the right side. Remove the materials ,repair and re-drywall as needed and prep for wall paper. This must also includes installing of Fort Belvoir (supplied) TV bracket. All wire wiring and TV hook ups shall be done by others. Wall paper and paint. This shall includes new wall paper from the utility doors around to the window wall corner and 7 window wall columns. 1 EA 003 Phase 3 - Remove the wood grid ceiling and replace it with a new drop ceiling to match the existing. This shall includes relocating the existing lights ,vents, and smoke detectors. Contractor shall remove the existing room divider hardware, retrim and paint. All pricing shall include relocating existing lights, vents, and smoke detectors, but shall not include new fixtures. Replace all electrical outlets. Contract shall do this work after hours the middle section will have to be shut down and it is estimated it shall take no more that four (4) days. Vendor shall also will install a plastic wall barriers for this project. Remove the wall paper panels install new wall paper, prep and paint the existing oak frame. 1 EA 004 Phase 4 - Add drywall to the existing tile wall on the lunch room side. This shall include new wall paper to match the new wall paper installed in the new seating area, vendor shall also repaint the existing bulk head and door frames. New carpet for the dinning area this shall includes both sides of the dinning room on both sides of the hardwood floor. ( the hardwood floor will remain as is ). The carpet is the Philadelphia cassina point color persimmon. The carpet shall be installed over new pad with a double stick over the new pad installation. Carpet for the Potomac room, The pricing shall includes the both areas 2 Sets of bi folding room divider sliding doors. The pricing is for doors priced in standard colors, this shall include the doors, track, system and installation. 12 x 12 tiles to replace 4 x 4 tiles near kitchen - only! Please note: all work is to be performed off hours and weekends No permits are required for work. Dumpster must be provided by vendor for trash. All trash shall be removed by vendor. Federal Wage Rate Determination apply. All furniture, files and equipment shall be removed and relocated by Officer Club Staff. Nothing shall be done to the existing Fire System or HVAC.
